Cassidy & Company established in 1988 is an Architectural Design firm located in Ajax, Ontario, approx. 30 minutes from Toronto’s downtown core. Cassidy & Co. is a multi-disciplinary firm of designers, technologists, manager’s and coordinators that has provided design services to the land development industry for over 30 years. Our client base includes some of the most prominent land developers and new home builders in the GTA and Ontario.

Paul Kennedy is a graduate of Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario where he achieved his Honours Diploma in Architectural Technology, and the A.M. Ingelson Award for high achievement in Academics. He is an accredited member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario and is a certified Home Designer with MMAH.
His early experience includes design and management of various industrial, commercial and institutional projects in the Toronto area. His Residential experience expands to more than 31 years in design and management, and combined experience to over 34 years.
His role at Cassidy & Co. covers a wide spectrum of disciplines which include community and site plan design, product design and design programs, conceptual design and planning/zoning expertise to name a few. Paul oversees multiple projects to ensure our clients’ needs are achieved accurately and efficiently. He has a close relationship with our clients and keeps client communication a priority. Paul also manages staff, staff development, and day to day operations of the company and makes mentorship to staff one of his top goals.
Mr. Kennedy is currently the Chair of the Program Advisory Committee for George Brown College, School of Architectural Studies in Toronto, a member of Program Advisory Committee for Centennial College, Architectural studies in Toronto and a member of the Board of Directors for the Durham Region Home Builders Association.
Damian Chung Tiam Fook
Senior Project Manager
Damian is a graduate of Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario and is accredited with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing as a certified House Designer.
His experience includes design and management of various residential, industrial, commercial and addition / renovation projects in Toronto & GTA. His Residential experience expands to more than 30 years in design and management.
His role at Cassidy & Co. is to oversee projects, including design management, project management, client liaison, staff development, site plan and site specific zoning bylaw development. As a member of the senior management staff, he contributes to the development of policies and procedures.
Senior Project Manager
Ken is a graduate of Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario in Architectural Technology.
His professionalism and focus includes design management and construction of various residential projects, custom homes, cottages, site plans, zoning, home renovations and additions for projects in Toronto and other municipalities in Ontario. His residential housing experience expands for more than 30 years.
Ken’s leadership skills and guidance at Cassidy & Co. is to oversee projects, including design management, project management, clients and consultant liaison, along with staff development.

Gary Innes has been with Cassidy & Co. since 1998 after Graduating with High Honors from the Sheridan College Architectural Technology program. An aptitude for being creative and an interest in building that began at an early age, led him to pursue a career in residential home design with Cassidy & Co.
With over 20 years of experience he has been involved in all aspects of the design and development process including, Building Design, Construction drawings, Zoning by-laws, Siteplan Development, Lot Grading and Project Management. His team strives to provide quality design, technically accurate drawings while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
He has contributed to numerous award winning home designs including the 2008 BILD award for Community of the Year. Always looking to integrate new ideas while being mindful of the ever evolving market place and home owners needs.

Alex received his Bachelor’s degree from Ryerson University’s Architectural Science program in 2002. He is accredited with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing as a certified House and Small Buildings designer, and is a member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario.
Alex joined the Cassidy team in 2002 and has since contributed to numerous projects. His experience includes custom homes, home renovations, various forms of low-rise production housing, commercial buildings, as well as industrial renovations. He has also been involved with site planning, zoning analyses, site plan approvals and minor variances across various municipalities across the GTA and beyond.
Senior Administrator/Exterior Colour Co-ordinator/Human Resources
Kelly Darch is a graduate of The University of Guelph, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Hotel and Food Administration. After a number of years working in Restaurant management, Kelly made a career change into the Architectural Profession.
Since joining the firm in 1988, Kelly has managed the Business and HR affairs at Cassidy + Co., as well as Exterior Colour design and co-ordination. Along with her diversified skill set, Kelly has developed close relationships with our clients and material suppliers. She works closely with clients and marketing professionals as part of the design development team.
Kelly continues to develop her knowledge in exterior building materials, trends and makes her research and relationships a priority.
